Here at XOX Floral we love what we do and are dedicated to providing beautiful, bespoke arrangements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the end product, please call us on 022 127 9727 or send an email stating the reason and we will gladly replace them.
Because we stand by our work, we will send you a photo of the flowers you have purchased and a message to let you know your flowers have been delivered. This way, you can see exactly what we have designed for you, and you can be assured that what you have ordered online is what was sent.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
If the gift you have selected is out of stock we will contact you to allow a substitution to be selected.
We can only provide seasonal flowers, except for events with at least 3 working days’ notice. Seasonal conditions affect the supply of flowers and foliage and as such the floral mix changes daily. While we will do our best to take any flower or colour preferences into account it will depend on the material we have at hand.
For bouquet deliveries (except for weddings) if you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund, provided you give us 48 hours’ notice. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as the flowers and/or gift may already be on the way, however if we are aware of the cancellation before delivery store credit can be arranged. Please note that this does not apply to deposits paid for wedding orders. Wedding deposits are non-refundable as we may have turned down other work by accepting your booking.
In the unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order. If you have given us a wrong address, we are happy to redeliver your order providing you pay for an additional delivery charge, however we are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. When providing delivery details please consider timing as we prefer flowers not to be left on the doorstep for long. Flowers will always be left at the address in the safest place possible and if the recipient isn’t at home we will let you know in our delivery notification.
To avoid delay with your order, if you select the incorrect delivery charge when using our checkout, we reserve the right to charge your account the additional amount without confirmation.
We do not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. This information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us via the form or contacting us directly. We only use such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.
When you place an order, we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with the relevant credit card company, such as Visa or Mastercard, to process your order.
We have used tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our website is maintained in our possession. When you place your order, you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than our gateway company Payment Express.
XOX Floral is committed to providing quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and if it is reasonable we will redeliver another bouquet of equivalent value to you.
You can return the unwanted product (fresh bouquets excluded) to us within one week of purchase. Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition and be accompanied with proof of purchase and an explanation for your return.
